Just ate Chocolates from Mr Chocolate

I love Jacques Torres.

As a child I used to watch ‘Mr Chocolate’ make chocolate magic on his widely popular cooking show, ‘Dessert Circus’.

I was mesmerized by the wonderful confecionaries he would make. I’ve always wanted to try his chocolates, and recently I finally did!

I could hear angels singing when I opened this box.

When my brother and father went to New York for vacation, I asked them for only 1 thing; chocolates from Jacques Torres.

I was elated when they presented me with several boxes of Jacques Torres chocolates when they returned. Thanks guys!

Did it live up to my expectations? YES! Jacques Torres’ chocolates are fantastic. I’ve never tasted such delicious chocolates in my life.

Didn't Indiana Jones go on an adventure for these chocolates once?

Jacques is a true master chocolatier and he deserves the moniker “Mr Chocolate”. I have eaten chocolates from Sins, the now defunct Chocolate Box and the Marina Mandarin Hotel to name a few, but nothing I’ve eaten comes close to Jacques’ chocolates.

Every piece is a delicious masterpiece. There’s no ‘placeholders’ or duds here.

If life were like a box of Jacques chocolates, every moment would be fantastic.

If you ever find yourself  in New York, make sure you give him a visit.
