Fabio Montomoli (Italy) graduated from the “S.Cecilia” Academy of Music in Rome with Carlo Carfagna. He attended “Mozarteum” in Salzburg, and studied Klassische Guitar under the Eliot Fisk and Joaquin Clerch-Diaz and Barockmusik with Nicolaus Harnoncourt.
He studied counterpoint and composition with the Francesco Iannitti Piromallo and has received the first prize in numerous national competitions, including the “Mauro Giuliani” International Guitar Competition in 1992.
Fabio Montomoli has been playing a Steve Connor Guitar since 2010.
